Strategy Development
Every awarded proposal started with a great idea and a specific strategy to get there. Sometimes, the idea needs crafting, and sometimes, the researcher needs someone to help them best position themselves for their future. Our capacity building services position you for a fundable future.
Building a Collaborative Team
What is it? Building a collaborative team is an important element for successful funding, as it an increasing requirement for funding. Collaborative members may be across function, industry, or academic areas, and may vary in the number required.
Building a collaborative team (i.e. positioning) by carefully selecting the right team is essential for your long-term success to your research trajectory or securing a specific grant. Potential team members should be those who are well-regarded and well-published in your field, but also those whose expertise are outside of yours. Those in different industries that have cross-over possibilities are particularly advantageous.
Our consultants can help you identify the missing gaps within your research team, and work with you to identify those able to meet both your need and the requirements of a particular grant most effectively. Those that partner with you can make or break your success, so be strategic and proactive in building a collaborative team.
