How do we cultivate a data-informed culture?
Being a data-informed culture is about assuming a commitment to continuous improvement. It’s about allowing data to inform your decision making, not driving it. It’s about enhancing your programs through the joint effort of your experience and the growth potential (through measurement) that comes through data. It’s an evolutionary process whereby baby steps and small wins create the confidence to do more. As change is embraced, data becomes your advocate.
