Conducting a comprehensive program evaluation of the Harris Hub (HUB) small business development program approved for funding by the Harris County Commissioners Court ARPA allocations. ER and DEEO co-developed a comprehensive, mixed-methods evaluation including a descriptive analysis of existing and newly collected quantitative data regarding beneficiaries (demographic and program-related variables).
