Conducting a statistically representative Quality Assessment which includes provide technical assistance and capacity building to grantees as they progress through their Phase One planning grant in order to collaboratively develop an innovative 10-pronged plan to address mental health and social determinants of health for a target population within the geographic areas of greatest need, assessing the quality of each collaborative as they develop their innovative 10-Pronged Plan to address mental health and social determinants of health, and making recommendations for Phase Two funding.
